These organic whole-wheat fusilli are a pasta made from the prized Timilia wheat, a fragrant and aromatic Sicilian wheat, resulting in a whole-wheat flour with high nutritional properties.
Organic farming and traditional processing of these ancient Sicilian grains take place with respect for this noble raw material. The whole wheatfusilli are bronze drawn after beingstone ground without the removal of the germ, thus maintaining the wheat’s fragrance in all its completeness.
