Organic orange honey is a wholesome and healthy product, the result of the meticulous work of worker bees who, in the period from spring to early summer, obtain this fantastic raw material from orange blossoms. Strictly organically produced trees, which allow for the production of excellent quality honey from the blooming orange blossom.
Orange blossom honey has an intense and involving fragrance. Initially, the scent is fresh, floral and just reminiscent of orange blossom while, over time, it takes on more fruity notes, similar to orange marmalade. A honey that is among the most appreciated and renowned varieties.
Initially the color of this honey is straw yellow . Later, spontaneous crystallization gives it an even lighter color, tending to ivory white.
It crystallizes spontaneously, several months after harvest.
The production lot and minimum shelf life will be indicated at the time of shipment.
