The citrus fruits used for our jam are peeled by hand and cooked at a low temperature in boule in order to maintain their organoleptic properties. We do not add pectin, dyes or other food additives.
We select only Sicilian fruits strictly seasonal, carefully selected and produced exclusively through organic farming in the area of North Eastern Sicily.
