Our organic cheeses are produced in the Iblei Mountains, the Ragusano hills, where animals can graze in large natural fields and where they graze organically grown fodder.
These are organic Sicilian cheeses that represent the excellence of our island’s dairy products: from the renowned Ragusano DOP to the highly regarded ricotta salata infornata. All cheeses are made from fresh organic milk and follow traditional production processes that have been handed down from generation to generation for decades.
In fact, the production chain uses traditional containers of different shapes, characteristic for each type of cheese.
In addition, ancient manufacturing processes are followed, which are practiced meticulously to ensure high quality standards.
